ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS.
Shipping
Canadian orders: $6.00 plus $.95 per pound for regular parcel. Canadian orders also have the option of XPresspost or UPS at an additional cost. Canadian orders are charged 7% GST, Ontario orders are charged GST and 8% PST.
U.S. Orders: All orders $6.00 plus $.95 per pound for regular parcel. US orders also have the option of USA Air, XPresspost or UPS at an additional cost.

When filling in your personal information, please be sure to enter your email address so that we can contact you with any questions about your order. Please fill out a complete billing address. Fill out shipping address if it is different from the billing address.
If you would prefer to order by telephone, please have your credit card ready and your item numbers and call 905-778-9010. You can also fax your order to 905-778-9011. Do not email us any credit card information as it is not secure, use the secure online order form.

We stand by all our products. If the items you receive are damaged in any way, please return to us for an exchange or refund (less shipping). When returning an item for any reason, please include the return form sent with your order.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as the product is shipped immediately. If you wish to return the product, then you will be reimbursed (less shipping) once we receive it back in the warehouse.
